Hampshire Hogs by Destination Basingstoke

Jillian Smith's hog 'Sylvester' was a part of Hampshire Hogs by Destination Basingstoke project. Hampshire Hogs was a special art sculpture trail for summer 2021.  Hog sculptures, beautifully designed and painted by local artists, inspired by Hampshire’s people, places and heritage, were  displayed in and around Basingstoke. Jill's hog trotted off to auction with the rest of his herd of seventeen and brought in the bacon, raising £15,000 for local charities.
